    Doris' Key lime Pie    is a frozen product. The pie(s) is first vacuum packed. This assures freshness and keeps the pie held together during shipping.  The pie(s) is then packed in a styrofoam cooler with plenty of dry ice to keep it frozen.  It is then shipped overnight air to arrive at your chosen destination the next morning. It is preferable that someone be home to recieve the pies, as they should be unpacked and and stored in a freezer as soon as possible.
       Doris can make 30-50 pies daily, so there is no guarantee to that we have a pie(s) ready to ship, although this does guarantee that your Key lime pie is fresh.
  Orders recieved by 3:00 P.M EST, can be shipped to arrive the next morning.
