Doris (my mom), makes these pies, they are what we call an "icebox Pie", it is a frozen pie, it is stored in the freezer and no thawing is necessary,(ready to eat). Doris' Key Lime Pie is icy, cold, creamy, not to sweet or to sour. The crust is grahm cracker, with a whipped topping. Perfection!
